March 17, 2001, my mom passed away from complications of diabetes. This is why I started having fundraisers for the American Diabetes Association in her memory. 2006 was the first year and it has become an annual thing.

Cardstock only!
For this challenge, you can only use cardstock. No exceptions! Here is an example by my good friend April:

Here's my entry for Cardstock Only. Not another thing on this LO except for the photo. It's hard to see, but I embossed the circles on the bottom of the LO with birds and swirls.
